The Beer Belt Keeps You "Hydrated" On the Move During Long Pre-Games

The Beer BeltFor those of you that remember back to early last year, we introduced you to two tailgate-friendly “belt” products called The Booze Belt and The Grillslinger Sport. Now, we want to introduce you to another “belt” product called The Beer Belt™. This product is great way to turn yourself into your own portable keg by ensuring you have your next beer at arms length without heading back to base camp. This allows to roam the tailgating lots without fear of running dry.

Timbuk2's Dolores Chiller - The Perfect Bag for Tailgate Nomads

We consider there to be two types of tailgaters on the lots during game days. There are campers, and then there are nomads. Campers are tailgaters who bring all necessary items for a proper tailgate, and set up camp with their grill, tent, music, games, and any other items to ensure the proper tailgating environment.

Drive Thru Beer Run with Speedy Cooler

Here is a great way to tackle rough terrain when tailgating miles from the stadium for those big games. Plus, it doesn't hurt to show off during the tailgate party with a few doughnuts. This got me thinking about what it would take to modify a Cruzin' Cooler into a mini-monster truck.

The Ultimate Tailgate Cooler

Although this may look like your “standard-issued” tailgating cooler, its dense 2” insulation lid and case will prove otherwise. The Coleman 50 Quart Ultimate Extreme Cooler is capable of keeping ice in your cooler for up to 6 days with temperatures reaching 90°F! We took this cooler out for a test run on some of the hottest days Florida has to offer, and it performed as advertised and then some.

Its durable carrying handles are recessed for storage, and the foldaway tow handle offers comfort and one-hand operation. And if you want to talk about storage, this tailgate cooler is capable of storing up to 72 cans with ice. In addition to this, the lid is designed to accommodate 24” elastic cords for additional dry storage. This Coleman cooler also offers extra deep beverage holders to insure drinks stay in place even while tilting the lid to pull out a few more cold ones.

We give the Coleman 50 Quart Ultimate Extreme Cooler two enthusiastic thumbs up!

Upcoming Tailgating Inventions: Tailgate Buddy

Who said electrical engineering students don't know how to tailgate? This robotic vehicle was created for a senior design project at the University of Central Florida's school of electrical engineering. It started as a 12 volt Power Wheels vehicle, and converted into a robotic vehicle that follows and infrared emitter, which can be worn on the user's belt. It's a little rough around the edges, but we would love to see the final product.
